Meghan is a personal coach that brings in the elements of mindfulness, truth, powerful questions, and intuition. All appointments are on Zoom or the Phone as the client prefers. She helps you be heard in a space that is non-judgmental and is rooted in truth, compassion, and action. Her role is to be a guide along the journey of where you are currently and where you desire to be with manageable steps to take, and the awareness practices that can help transform unidentified patterns. These sessions are 30 minutes and begins with connecting to your breath, a brief check in, and coaching. She provides brief notes of the main points within 24 hours.
