Meghan Mann is an Empowerment Coach who can help you be heard-- and hear yourself--  in a space that is non-judgmental and rooted in truth, compassion, and action.

Her role is to help you identify patterns, make better choices, and guide you in the journey from where you are to where you want to be,  using manageable steps and awareness practices to get there. 

Every session is 30/50 minutes and begins with connecting to your breath, a brief check-in,  coaching,  and questions. She provides notes of the key points discussed within 24 hours.
 All appointments are on Zoom or the Phone as the client prefers.
