Alex started her journey into Awakening while she was still a young girl. She was deeply affected by the devotion her grandparents and father had to the Divine. In College, she studied Reiki Level 1 and 2, Kundulini Yoga and Meditation. She attended internships at UMDNJ and SOM, in NJ, every summer and graduated with a BS in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish..  She was accepted into University of Bridgeport Naturopathic Medical School.  She declined to attend after her first daughter was born because she was so incredibly changed by her birthing experience that she decided to become a stay-at-home mom.

Over the last 10 + years, Alex has had the privilege of taking many courses, certifications, workshops and read countless books on alternative medicine, healing, energy healing, quantum physics, emotional healing, meditation, spiritual healing, crystal healing, mindset, yoga, kundulini yoga, attachment parenting, natural birth, homebirth, nutrition, Rudolf Steiner, Waldorf philosophy in education, Human Design and more.  She is certified as a practitioner of Reiki and Theta Healing, has taken several advanced Pranic Healing courses and is a Human Design Specialist.  Alex continues to receive inspiration about how to live Consciously as a mother, wife, teacher, family, and community leader unified in Love and Peace in our Beloved Terra :)

Alex is married to her soulmate Ryan and they have 4 beautiful, graceful and gifted girls, whom they intuitively homeschool together, using the Waldorf Philosophy mixed with knowing, understanding, and committed living of our own exclusive and mutual Human Designs.  They enjoy living an amazing life filled with delightful local (mostly) organic foods, natural chemical-free lifestyle and practice Intuitive Healing, meditation and holistic preventative healthcare.

Alex is a proponent of Conscious Birthing, midwifery, doulas, attachment parenting, child-led learning, Natural Play, Intuitive Homeschooling (a term she coined after observing her own experience), green-organic lifestyle, community-supported agriculture, Bio-dynamic Farming, Waldorf Education Philosophy, Oneness and of course Living according to our Human Designs.

She strives to live her Human Design Strategy daily and loves to deeply connect with new revolutionary ways of thinking and being  increasing the Light and frequency of our Oneness Consciousness.  Alex delights at integrating all that she has learned to create new paths to evolve into and teach others from her own experience of what is tried and true.  She is an avid learner and continues to be inspired to seek new ever-expanding ways to change the world through helping individuals and families make that Quantum Leap into Oneness Consciousness and living out the Beauty of their Inner Light.
